Personal Tracking Utility

DoseGlass is a personal tracking and arithmetic utility. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend, validate, or verify any medication, peptide, compound, dose, schedule, route, source, vendor, pharmacy, or protocol.

User-Entered Information

All calculations and records are user-entered. You are responsible for verifying labels, prescriptions, pharmacy instructions, measurements, and calculations with a qualified clinician or pharmacist.

No Sourcing

DoseGlass does not sell, facilitate, rank, recommend, link to, or endorse pharmacies, research vendors, gray-market sellers, clinics, prescribers, compounding sources, or suppliers.

No Warranty

DoseGlass is provided as-is. You must independently verify any calculation before acting on it.

Acceptable Use

You may not use DoseGlass to plan unlawful purchase, possession, resale, distribution, diversion, or misuse; create fake prescriptions or medical records; misrepresent user-entered exports as verified clinical records; or store another person's sensitive information without authorization.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DoseGlass and its operators are not liable for decisions, actions, calculations, purchases, medical outcomes, data exports, or third-party services based on user-entered records.
