DoseGlass is a consumer health-adjacent utility for user-entered records and arithmetic. It is not a healthcare provider, electronic health record, covered-entity portal, telehealth service, pharmacy, prescriber, lab, emergency response tool, or medical device claim.

HIPAA Boundary

DoseGlass does not claim HIPAA compliance for the MVP. HIPAA may apply in specific covered-entity or business-associate contexts, which DoseGlass does not currently provide.

Review Posture

DoseGlass avoids medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescribing, dose suggestions, vendor guidance, product validation, and emergency monitoring. If future features collect server-side health information, additional privacy, breach, deletion, and consent obligations may apply.
